  1. Lay the sliced tomato on a plate and add the Mozzarella balls on top
  2. Garnish with lightly torn basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil

INGREDIENTS
Serves 1

30g Galbani Mozzarella (sliced)

3 x slices of crusty white baguette

10 cherry tomatoes (halved)

½ small avocado (sliced)

Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE THIS
  1. Lightly toast one side of the baguette
  2. Once toasted, turn then add the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes and put back under the grill until the cheese and tomato soften
  3. Once bubbling, add the sliced avocado and season to taste
