LUBBORN, SOMERSET
The Home Of Traditionally Ripened Soft Mould Cheese
LUBBORN’S STORY
Our Somerset cheese business has over 40 years of experience and cheese-making history.
We were the first British creamery to master the art of making soft mould brie-style cheeses and we use dedicated local farms to source milk from the West Country to guarantee the highest quality and freshness.
Award-Winning Products Made By Expert Staff
We’re proud of our acclaimed Cricket St. Thomas & Capricorn brands. We also manufacture retailer own-label brie, camembert & goat’s cheese.
We regularly win awards such as Nantwich International Cheese Awards, Great Taste Awards, Craft Guild of Chefs (within Foodservice) and regionally at shows like the Bath & West show for the quality of our products.
